How do I place my order via your website?

Ordering with us is easy, simply browse our categories and sub categories to discover the best sex toys, lingerie and adult accessories you are looking for, visiting the product pages for each. When browsing on each product page, click ‘Add to Basket’ and select your product preferences (i.e. size, colour, with or without batteries etc) where applicable.

Once you have got everything you have been searching for, simply view your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, you can checkout as a guest or register an account. From the checkout page you can view your order, select your preferred shipping option, add billing and shipping details, and insert order notes, before clicking ‘Proceed to PayPal’ – don’t forget to tick that you’ve read and accepted our Terms & Conditions!

Whilst PayPal is our chosen merchant, we also accept other payment methods via credit and debit card, simply choose PayPal’s ‘Checkout as a Guest’ option if you don’t have a PayPal account and select your card type. Once payment has been processed the order confirmation will appear, which will be shortly followed by confirmation via email.

How will my purchase with you show on my bank or credit card statement?

We understand that discretion is everything, and whilst we’re not all subjected to one-on-one meetings with the bank manager, we keep every aspect of the order process discreet. Whatever your preferred payment method, your credit card statement, bank statement and PayPal account will show a charge to ND SUPPLIES.

How can my order be paid for?

Can I save my card details under My Account?

Under our security and privacy policy we ensure all of the details you have stored with us are saved securely, this includes your card details as well as your name, address and other private information. All card details are encrypted, and any other details are not shared with any other companies.

What will the packaging of my order look like?

To ensure discretion throughout your Naughty Drawer experience, all products are packed and shipped in a brown box. Each box is plain, displaying just your name and address, with no indication of what’s inside so even the nosiest of neighbours won’t know what you and your partner plan to get up to with the best sex toys around!

How fast are items dispatched?

After completing the order process, all items purchased are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible with details of the products out of stock and a new delivery date.

Do you provide different delivery services to suit my needs?

We call upon selected couriers to provide a number of postal services. Depending on your delivery time requirements you can choose from six postal services, the delivery time of which ranges from 1 to 3 working days so you never have to wait too long to receive your Naughty Drawer goodies, and experience the best sex toys for yourself.

How much will delivery to my UK based address cost?

We aim to make the cost of our delivery services fully transparent, and details of costs associated with all our delivery options can be found on our Delivery & Returns page. Delivery costs are also made clear upon checkout, and you can choose from a number of discreet postal services to suit your delivery time and cost needs.

Why are my shipping costs different to those advertised on your Delivery & Returns page?

We endeavour to supply the best sex toys at the best possible prices and deliver them fast at affordable rates, but due to the nature of some of our products, your order may incur weight based shipping costs. Weight based shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout.

Where’s my order?

We make it our mission to delivery on time, however if your order doesn’t get to you when expected there are a number of options to explore. All of our postal services, apart from our Royal Mail First Class delivery option, come complete with tracking number so finding out where you order is is easy. This tracking number will be dispatched as your order is processed.

Your order may have also been placed with your neighbours, stored in your ‘safe place’ or returned to your local delivery office if you weren’t in to receive it, details of which will be communicated on your calling card.

Returns, refunds & faulty items

How long do I have to return my item and where do I send it to?

When ordering any sex toy, lingerie product or adult accessory with us, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return it for a refund or exchange.

We aim to supply only the best sex toys and adult accessories but if you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us with a completed returns form. Visit our Delivery & Returns page for further details.

Are there any reasons why I wouldn’t be able to return an item?

Due to the health and hygiene implications associated with our product range, goods that are returned to us must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Goods that have been opened, have been removed from their heat sealed packaging and/or a part of our lingerie range are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

My item doesn’t work, how can I return it?

Faulty items can be returned and replaced by us free of charge. Simply contact our customer service team via for a step-by-step guide to our fuss free faulty returns policy.

How long are faulty items covered for?

Products, that are not faulty, can be returned within 14 days of receipt and faulty products can be returned within 1 month of receipt.
